- Gather and analyze data on technology use yearly, and make recommendations for professional development and budget as a result. (eg., FY06 budget documents)

- Review plan yearly as part of budget process with an emphasis on sections:
- 7 - Integration
- 8 - Types, Cost, Funding
- 9 - Supporting Resources
- 4 - Necessary Technology
- 12 - Professional development
- 13 - Innovative delivery strategies

- Perform new program reviews on any new programs and make recommendations accordingly. (eg., FY06 budget documents)
