Falmouth School Board
Quarterly Workplan Meeting
Tuesday, November 14, 2006

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. in the conference room at the Superintendent’s Office.  Present were Chairman Beppie Cerf, Linda Cote, Karen Farber, Beth Franklin, Kathy Hillman-Reed, Scott Lydick, Mark Terison, Superintendent George Entwistle and Ann Chapman from Drummond Woodsum & MacMahon. 

Ann Chapman held a policy discussion on board roles and responsibilities (moved from November 13, 2006 meeting).  She distributed a booklet on this topic to all attendees

2. The Board reviewed the “School Board ’06-’07 Workplan.”

3. Mrs. Franklin with a second from Mrs. Hillman-Reed motioned the Board adjourn.  The motion passed 7-0.  The Board adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
