Special Meeting
Wednesday, May 4, 2005
1. The meeting was called to order at 5:40 p.m. in the Falmouth High School Conference Room. Present were Chairman Beppie Cerf, Linda Cote, Truth Holden, Kathy Hillman-Reed, Mark Terison, and Superintendent George Entwistle (Brinn and Nevins out).
2. 2005-2006 Calendar: Superintendent Entwistle presented a proposed calendar for the 2005-2006 school year. He discussed the late arrival/early release days and Thanksgiving break. The calendar will be on the May 16, 2005 agenda for adoption.
3. Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 5:59 p.m.

Workshop Meeting
Monday, March 29, 2004
7:00 p.m.
I. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Falmouth High School
conference room. Present were: Chairman Steve Brinn, Beppie Cerf, Charles Hebson,
Truth Holden, Susan Nevins, Kathleen Parr, Kathy Hillman-Reed, and six administrators.
II. Executive Session: Mrs. Cerf with a second from Mrs. Hillman-Reed moved
the Board go into Executive Session to discuss the superintendent search. The
motion passed 7-0.
III. Adjournment: Mrs. Cerf with a second from Mrs. Parr moved the Board come
out of Executive Session and adjourn. The motion passed 7-0 and the meeting
adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
