Falmouth School Board
Special Meeting
Monday, March 28, 2005
1. The meeting was called to order at 4:54 p.m. in the Falmouth Town Hall Conference Room on the second floor. Present were Chairman Beppie Cerf, Steve Brinn, Truth Holden, Susan Nevins, Kathy Hillman-Reed, and Superintendent George Entwistle (Cote, Terison, Sinnett and Murry out).
2. Executive Session: Mrs. Hillman-Reed with a second from Mrs. Holden moved
the Board go into Executive Session to discuss the possible re-entry of a student
previously expelled from Falmouth High School as per 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6)
(B). The motion passed 5-0 and the Board went into Executive Session at 4:56
p.m.
The Board came out of Executive Session at 5:37 p.m. Mrs. Hillman-Reed with
a second from Mr. Brinn moved the Board authorize re-entry of a student, who
was previously expelled, back to Falmouth High School. The motion was approved
5-0.
3. Adjournment: Mrs. Holden with a second from Mrs. Hillman-Reed moved the meeting be adjourned. The motion passed 5-0 and the meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
