Workshop Meeting
Saturday, March 5, 2005
1. The meeting was called to order at 8:40 a.m. in the Falmouth High School ATM Room. Present were Chairman Beppie Cerf, Steve Brinn, Linda Cote, Truth Holden, Susan Nevins, Kathy Hillman-Reed, Mark Terison, and Superintendent George Entwistle and approximately 10 others.
2. Review of 2005-2006 School Budget

Plummer-Motz School
Lunt School
Curriculum/Professional Development
System-wide cost centers
The Board members and leadership council discussed the above sections of the
budget. The district proposed a total budget of $22.7 million, 4.8% higher than
this year’s budget. Because of additional state funding, the proposed
increase would not affect taxpayers. New personnel requests, which accounted
for $152,751 of the budget, included a part-time kindergarten teacher and an
additional teacher to accommodate the large sixth grade.
3. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 3:12 p.m.
