Special Workshop Meeting
Minutes
Saturday, March 4, 2006

1. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. at the Falmouth Public Library. Present were Chairman Beppie Cerf, Karen Farber, Beth Franklin, Kathy Hilman-Reed, Scott Lydick, Mark Terison, Superintendent George Entwistle and approximately 10 others (Linda Cote absent; Rachel Bennett and Chris Murray excused).

2. Adjustments to Agenda – There were none.

3. Budget Workshop
   1. Schools: In turn, each of the Principals presented their school’s budget  which included program reviews, new program proposals and narrative/logistics. Each presentation was followed by question and answer period.
      
      
   2. Special Education: Mrs. Crowell presented the 2006-2007 Special Education budget.
      
      
   3. Maintenance/Capital Improvements: Mr. O’Shea presented the 2006-2007 Maintenance/Capital Improvements budget.
      
      
   4. Transportation: Mr. O’Shea presented the 2006-2007 Transportation budget.
      
      
   5.  System-wide Cost Centers: Mr. O’Shea presented the 2006-2007 System Wide budget.
      
      
4. Adjournment – The meeting was adjourned at 3:20pm
