Falmouth School Board
Special Meeting
Monday, January 29, 2007

1.          The meeting was called to order at 5:33 p.m. in the Falmouth Public Library conference room.  Present were Chairman Beppie Cerf, Linda Cote, Karen Farber, Beth Franklin, Kathy Hillman-Reed, Mark Terison, and Superintendent George Entwistle (Lydick out).

2.          Executive Session:  Mrs. Cote with a second from Mrs. Hillman-Reed moved the Board go into Executive Session to discuss a confidential matter as per 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (F).  The motion passed 6-0 and the Board went into Executive Session at 5:35 p.m.
 
3.          New Business:  The Board came out of Executive Session at 5:45 p.m.  Mr. Terison with a second from Mrs. Farber moved the Board accept the recommendation of the Ad Hoc Building Advisory Committee to authorize the Superintendent/Business Manager to appoint Oak Point Architects for the elementary school project, funding of which is pending with the State.   The motion was approved 6-0.

4.          Adjournment:  Mr. Terison with a second from Mrs. Hillman-Reed moved the meeting be adjourned.  The motion passed 6-0 and the meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
