INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING?

Message for School Volunteers - September 2006

Please be on the look-out for a volunteer application packet students will be bringing home (or see links below). The new application form is different, and in addition to, volunteer interest surveys distributed earlier by each of the schools. My cover letter on the packet explains the volunteer application and process. Please help us in our efforts to improve student/school safety. If you are volunteering now or plan to volunteer any time during the school year, you will need a volunteer application packet - also available in school offices.

To All Volunteers

Please check in at the office prior to volunteering and pick up a new volunteer badge to wear while in the building. Please return the badge to the office before leaving the school. In addition, remember to sign in and keep a running total of your hours in the volunteer book. We need to report toal volunteer hours at year-end and accurate records help facilitate the process of tallying the numbers. Thank again for your time and cooperation. Your volunteer hours are truly appreciated.
