There are a wide variety youth sports programs provided by Falmouth Community Programs (Saturday morning soccer, Striders, After school P.E., etc). High School volunteers are needed to assist in with these programs for younger students.

Falmouth Food Pantry

Volunteers are needed at the Falmouth Shaw's - these would be 2 hour shifts. Three team of at least 2 people are needed all day.

Anyone who is interested in the textile arts, such as knitting, weaving, silk painting, quilting, sewing, needlework etc. would enjoy this day! The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 18th. Volunteers will be needed noon to around 4:30pm.

STRIVE

The Strive program seeks to address the many issues faced by young adults (ages 15-24) with disabilities. Areas of focus include: improving academic skills, developing leadership potential, improving economic opportunities through continuing education, enhancing or upgrading work skills, integrating literary and social skills into occupational/vocational opportunities

Volunteers are needed to assist at the STRIVE Friday Night Socials. Every Friday from 6:00-9:00pm at the Strive center on Foden Road.
These events offer teens and young adults (ages 15-24) with developmental disabilities the opportunity to have fun and interact with their peers.

Volunteers are also needed in the STRIVE used bookstore. Assistance is needed sorting and organizing books.
