Falmouth Community Resources Directory

The intent of the Falmouth Community Resources database is to create a directory of people in our community that are willing to share an area of expertise and/or experience, career, hobby, or skill with our school community.

What kinds of contributions are we looking for?

The following are examples of community contributions:

• Presenting to a classroom (K-12 opportunities)
• Serving as a content/subject matter resource for teachers, administrators, and/or support staff
  
• Providing a short 1 to 2 hour job shadow for a high school or a middle school student
• Serving as a tutor or a mentor to a student.
• Providing an unpaid internship opportunity for a high school student
• Acting as a expert, perhaps by email, to answer questions student might have in your area of expertise and/or share a career or hobby
• Talking to juniors and seniors to discuss a particular college or university
• Teaching a mini-course
