The April meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at 7 PM. Tea, coffee and goodies will be served at 6:30 pm. We will start the meeting with a curriculum presentation. Watch the backpacks for more information.

NUTRITION COMMITTEE

Our group is investigating the addition of more play and activity options during recess for our 5th and 6th graders.

HANNAFORD HELPS SCHOOLS

WE STILL NEED LOTS MORE HANNAFORD COUPONS!

Just a reminder that you still have until December 10 to collect "Hannaford Helps Schools" certificates by buying 3 or more of the participating General Mills products in one store visit. Once you've received your certificate at the cash register in the store, you have two choices. You can bring your certificate to school and deposit it in the collection envelopes available in the 5/6th and 7/8th grade offices.

If you bring the certificate to school, clearly write your child's name on the back and he/she will have a chance to win a small prize in an upcoming drawing. Or, you can drop your certificate in the box at the front of the Falmouth Hannaford store if this is more convenient for you. However, if you deposit it in the store, you should write Falmouth Middle School on the back of the slip if you want the total amount of your certificate to be credited to the Middle School. You do not need to write Falmouth Middle School on the certificate if you or your child brings it to the school, just their name.

HOW FMS EARNS "SCHOOL DOLLARS CERTIFICATES"

This program is available through December 10. "School Dollars Certificates" are issued at checkout. Parents turn in their certificates to the Middle School Office. Call Kathy Hedman 781-3023.
